Robinson Olivera is from a family of coffee producers, and he has been running Finca Las Cuevas for the last ten years. Located in Planadas, Colombia, Finca Las Cuevas is named after a protected cave in the middle of the 3-hectare specialty farm. The cave is the property’s centerpiece, filled with banana and cane trees, all used as shade trees for the fragile coffee bushes below.
Robinson operates the farm with his wife, along with ten additional workers during the harvest. We love this coffee for its wonderfully smooth and creamy body and complex flavor of apricot and honey.
